The Waynesboro- Wayne County Library has a Sorenson VP-200 model video phone available for the hearing impaired. The phone is currently located in the library computer lab. It makes outgoing and accepts incoming calls. The phone also allows users to make us of the Sorenson VRS service. With this free service, a deaf patron can make a call to an interpreter, and in turn the interpreter place a call to a hearing person in their behalf. Use of the phone is free for the hearing impaired.
